- treis 4y agoI just wonder where all these people came from. Like we didn't suddenly double the number of developers in the world but seemingly every tech company doubled their staff in the last couple years.
- callalex 4y agoI can only speak towards Twilio because that is where my experience is. It is a very international company. In recent years it has made several acquisitions of companies that were not previously based in the US. Maybe it is a broad trend across the industry for tech workers that used to work for smaller local companies coming under the umbrella of large US-based corporations?
