- darth_avocado 4y agoUnfortunately that’s not what happens a lot of times. When managers are asked to cut people, in homogeneous teams, if there are people who are different based on some criteria are often the ones who are cut. Not saying any particular race or gender does it, but that’s what happens. And that is what is being avoided here.
