- salawat 4y agoI love how these people think traffic just gets there. Ya know, I'd propose a middlebox day where nobody forwards anyone else's traffic as a reminder that the Internet is fundamentally a cooperative endeavor kept working in no small part by a hell of a lot of voluntary organization, and should not be taken for granted. Then again, I know we're so locked into the Internet as medium now that practically everyone would be completely hosed if such a thing did happen, and I don't trust the disaster recovery plans spent anywhere near enough time on "the angry middlebox" contingency to know what to do to get things running again.
