- jokethrowaway 4y agoI kinda feel the opposite. When you can afford to risk it, become your own boss. When something hard in life is coming up, it's better to be employed. Less stress, more benefits, lower chance of being fired. If time is a concern I'd recommend some part time (albeit I realise it's not that popular in the USA).
- scastiel 4y agoI’ve wanted to do it for a long time (having my own hours, being my own boss, etc.). I’m in a comfortable financial situation, so I can offer myself the luxury of trying, and worst case scenario roll back to a full-time job if it doesn’t work for me :)
