Ask HN: What are examples of companies with a great culture?
I'm looking for a new job which got me thinking; which companies have/had the best cultures? What makes somewhere a great place to work? Are there examples of companies known for a great culture which changed or degraded over time?

- sqwrell 4y agosome colleges are great places to work
- orionblastar 4y agoI used to work at Emerson Electric in Ferguson Missouri USA. They got a great culture and even have family picnics.
- sedocmiv 4y agoI think this starts with defining what great culture means. For me, great culture means; prioritizing a work/life balance, health (mental and physical), trust, expertise, EQ and diversity (to name a few).
