I think WARN is 60 days at the federal level and some states like CA and NY extend it to 90 days.
- phpisthebest 4y agoBoth CA and Federal is 60 days, the main difference is CA requires employers with over 75 employee's federal is 100, and CA includes Part Time employees in the count Federal is Full Time workers only
