I applied in like april, got a writing question and a coding question split in two parts in may (cobol snippet, loop with conditions to change variables until exit condition is met, answer is all values in order of appearance), then a logic test online. Then in June an on location interview with two people from the bank, hr and manager. Then I had to provide two references, preferably two bosses but I could give a boss and a coworker. Then sign a contract same month. Begin now in september.
