Your dogs are not allowed to attack me on my property.
There is no formal evidence that cellphone signals are harmful. But a recent survey article noted that of more than a hundred studies reported, none were conducted in such a way as to provide any meaningful information on the subject, except one, which was inconclusive. Such systematic, pervasive incompentence often means something, itself. (E.g., industry-sponsored tests asserting lack of toxicity of Roundup all systematically omit testing with any of the powerful, trade-secret protected surfactants always mixed into it.)
For much of the past century, research into biochemical effects of E-M fields has been effectively forbidden in the US, and any results could generally be reported only at foreign conferences. The official doctrine that the only possible effect could be heating -- wholly unsupported by any research -- has been written into numerous regulations. Robert Becker, uniquely, was supported by the US Veterans Administration on investigations that they must have hoped would lead to regeneration of severed limbs. He demonstrated profound effects of sub-nanoampere currents that could easily be induced by suitably-modulated radio-frequency E-M radiation.
None of this is to say that anybody has demonstrated cellphone radiation really is being modulated in such a way as to affect us biologically. But nobody has been funded to even try demonstrating it is not: the only studies published on 3G, 4G, and now 5G only ever tested wholly unmodulated radiation, which would not be expected to have any effect.
So, we just don't know. The experiment is being conducted, with very large N but no control group, on the public at large. 3G and 4G appear not to have caused, anyway, certain easily-discerned public health disasters. That result of course does not extend to other RF bands or modulations. The cause of US consulate staff afflictions has not been officially identified.
Michael Levin has picked up and carried on Dr. Becker's work, and appears likely to succeed with regenerating severed limbs, using a combination of electrical and chemical treatments. He has numerous utterly astonishing videos on Youtube. He probably knows better than to risk involvement in testing 5G.
