Is it possible somebody is interpreting some part of your website, ad, or marketing material as giving health-related advice that is not verified in some way? Would it help to better highlight your medical bonafides and/or perhaps give some better disclaimers? From working on some medical-related websites before, their lawyers wanted a ton of warnings and disclaimers on the sites and apps to the point of overkill, and what's mentioned just on the terms of service was by and large not considered good enough for that and the warnings had to appear on every page.
Is it possible your partners could help with the approval in some way?
As far as your app itself, coming from a non-doctor, I have no idea if "neuroscientific soundscapes" is a thing, but it sounds like something that could either be real or a pile of manure and I'd think referencing some research there would be helpful too.
