The former means either "work your 11-hour day at convnenient hours" or going along with the spending less time at work. The mental health benefit is awful. I know someone who was told to just take medicine to counteract the health problems cauzed by their job. This is the same. Hey, your job burns you out, so have a teleheath providers talk to you about it. Ouch. Like Marx, good at descriibing problems and poor at the solutions.
