It was 15 months between Dall-E and Dall-E 2. And it's already been 5 months since the release of Dall-E 2. To get homemade Seinfeld bits we'll presumably have to wait for some big research org to release a paper and then it's a matter of months on top of that. Unless hobbyists can take the current diffusion technology from images and simple videos to complicated videos and video + sound. But I doubt that.
