back in the day, we called this "work to rule"
It's hardly a new thing
- robjan 4y agoWork to rule is more deliberate though and usually involves using company policies against them. e.g this situation happened in HK where the bus drivers, who are usually very efficient, went upstairs after every stop and checked that everyone was safely seated before setting off. The result was gridlock and increased journey times. QQ is more about refusing to go above an beyond.
