This is slowly transforming from tiresome to nauseating. Yes, the rhetoric needs to end, but not that rhetoric. People should stop whining about how they don't want to return to office, and just find jobs where it is not mandatory. There are thousands of these jobs, and there's nothing wrong with them. Let market figure that out. Or, if you are really interested in FAANG-level salaries - you should play by their rules. And please stop making up stories about how bad managers are to blame. Just don't work with bad managers.
