The API is replaced by https://developer.apple.com/documentation/weatherkitrestapi https://developer.apple.com/documentation/weatherkitrestapi which is available as a REST API and can be used on non-Apple platforms.

  cyclone house prep (sump pump, shutters, top off battery backup, exercise backup generator, generator fuel messaging to top off, notifications, etc.) delay watering if rain is coming warn of weather change so do not get caught in open waters That is all I have now.
