So it should be called “Quietly doing my job”. Its called “quitting” to impose negative thoughts about ppl who just do what they were hired for. Going beyond and above can cause burnout and boss is the one who gets the promotion either way. Regular worker appreciation is rare. Even monkeys understand what is fair and what is not.
