- dchuk 4y agoI’ve led a fairly large product org in recent years, and frequent demos of deployed software is the number one way to ensure you’re shipping software frequently and consistently

- wnolens 4y agoOn my team it's used as a false deadline, causing us to ship low quality code without sufficient tests, ultimately trading long term delivery dates for short term ones.
- imaginarypedro 4y agoI tend to agree with you that prescriptive notions like this are a little misguided, but I like the spirit of what he's after here.
