I'm not sure, if i get your point.
What i'm saying is that, from the perspective of an employer, i'd be rather impressed by someone who can show me one or more libs, that he wrote and people are actually using, than someone who was given the title 'senior' by whoever with whatever motivation to do so.
- epolanski 4y agoEven assuming it's great original code for an interesting problem, I don't think it says much about the candidate and how he will do in your company.
