Show HN: Private Bitcoin block explorer using homomorphic encryption
- blintz 4y agoHi, creators here. We're applying to YC so we'd love any feedback you have, and happy to answer any questions. We also did a private Wikipedia demo (spiralwiki.com) here a while back. We answer queries privately using homomorphic encryption - no information about your address leaves your device. If you’re privacy-sensitive (like one of the 100k+ users of a hardware wallet), this lets you keep your identity (IP address) isolated from your money, avoiding phishing attacks. We are scaling up this website into a production API, and adding support for more detailed transaction info and other blockchains.
