When we say he ran it, did he actually deploy resources that laundered money or just publish a spec that others used to do the laundering?
Like how far am I allowed to go to describe how you might launder money on a blockchain before I get arrested?
- TremendousJudge 4y agoThat probably depends on your lawyer. If he's bad enough I'd guess you can get a penalty even if you didn't see any financial gain from the scheme.
