Being able to understand other people is a big item on that list. That makes you able to understand the needs and perspectives of your teammates, other teams, the organization at large, and most importantly, your user/customer base. A larger view of things, considerable foresight are second, but close companion. They tie into being able to understand people and things. They give you the ability to avoid things that would be problems in the long run. And allow you to build stuff that will last. I'd say that everything else trails behind. Technologies come and go. Fads come and go. Anything can be sorted out as long as you can build things for the purpose at hand without straying outside the scope and build them in a way that will last.
