As a hypothetical experiment I would be interested to see how the numbers switch with changes in government.
Presidents should be able to remove judges whose decisions go against the national interest polls 42% democrat and 29% republican. Does this reflect the current status quo and how much would it change if it was a democrat majority supreme court?
Likewise 42% of republicans vs 31% favoured strong unelected leaders, but how would this change if the republicans were in power?
