I don’t agree with that. I had friends growing up that were extroverts and could enthusiastically engage in small talk from an early age. They didn’t need any practice. That’s not to say you can’t get better at it. I’m an introvert photographer and I’ve gotten better at socializing over the years, but I’ve also learned to play into my strengths.
