- quartz 4y agoSimon is hanging onto something like 93% occupancy despite the last few pandemic years which is pretty impressive.
- bombcar 4y agoI've noticed that at least some of the "buy online" things are being shipped from stores. So ordering something from Kohl's or Walmart or Home Depot actually has someone in a store (not a warehouse) pick and pack it and send it off. That may help keep the malls alive even as traffic dwindles.
