Ukraine is not even asking for military intervention. Poland was offering intervention, Ukraine refused. They want weapons. Offensive, long range weapons for counteroffensives. They have plenty of very motivated and capable men. NATO can do that easily. We just adhere to some imaginary list of things that can and can not be delivered. The cost of gas shortages are many times the cost of weapons and weapons make actual, immediate difference for people on the ground.
