Surely Ukraine is going to try and use this momentum to take back Crimea. Crazy not to. Looks like Putin's big gamble paid off...for the other side. Ukraine will become part of NATO for sure now. Crimea will become a major Ukrainian naval base instead of a Russian one. Sanctions will mean Russia will never be able to modernize it's military again (well until a different regime is in place). And the world has learned a lot about modern warfare.
