Normally community members are expected/required to follow a code of conduct. By contrast this code of ethics only applies to the SQLite team. > This is a one-way promise, or covenant. In other words, the developers are saying: "We will treat you this way regardless of how you treat us." That distinction is what makes this code acceptable to me, and edent's comment misleading. However I don't feel that this justifies accusing edent of lying and demanding an apology.
