If you’re a tenant, you’ll have access to a wide variety of on-site services These things have existed in New York and Chicago since the 1960s at the latest. High-rises are “new” to a lot of cities and I guess that means the idea of a single use building is cemented into the minds of developers. But in the places where they’ve been building high-rises since high-rises existed, not so much.
