I’m not generally someone who benefits from being on Slack all day, and time zones make that a challenge anyway, but a community of close peers with similar business models is a godsend. I found mine mostly ad hoc in the MicroConf/etc crowd. Some people formalize this vis “mastermind groups” which should give you all you need to Google the technique and organizers. The useful thing is to have people who know your business intimately over quarters/years and who you can occasionally chat to about projects with timespan of weeks.
