I think you are forgetting about the fundamentalist nuts who are hoping for the end of the world. I am sure they would see it as their destiny if they could get a hold of such bioweapons and start their own version of Armageddon.
- srl 15y agoI think the point was that bioweapons can only be used as denial-of-area or knock-down agents - that they cannot, in fact, start argmageddon. Of course, fundamentalist nuts may not be capable of realizing that, but those of us living in reality have rather less to worry about.
