I found I missed the social contact and feeling of being in a tribe in the office. I looked for non-work communities that I could join. I took my daughter to parent child classes and joined a martial arts club. Those two communities replaced my office community. Interestingly the martial arts class that I took during the day was full of entrepreneurs and business owners.
