  No, Fargate has its own mechanism for this as far as I know. However, if this is a usecase for you please open an issue and we'll look into writing a backend for Fargate. One of the plans after the current release is creating a pluggable backend system. This is currently not possible and backends are, unfortunately, fairly hard to write.
