I am one. I skipped back and forth avoiding winter during Covid, getting through travel bans due to dual citizenship USA Chile. I just had my first winter in years. Unique level of Covid avoidance, and besides my doctor said "if you can do it yes it's a good thing for you psychiatrically". Just not usually advertised because it's difficult to carry out for practically if not literally all patients. Endless summer.
