The CIA is the spy bureau, not an engineering firm. Why would James Bond prove more competent at building drones than Q?
- MichaelCollins 4y agoThe CIA has operated spy aircraft before, built by aircraft manufacturers obviously. The U-2 and A-12 (immediate predecessor to the SR-71) have both been operated by the CIA.
