My personal theory is it’s just another boogeyman that can be used to justify funding.
- mberning 4y agoCertainly one of the possibilities. It could also be disinfo to send enemy states down a path to nowhere. The UAP phenomenon is not going to boil down to a single thing. There will be a spectrum of explanations, most of which are banal.
