Zincum Muriaticum (is commonly known as Zinc Chloride)
Any product which uses 'exotic' names, or in this case the Latin name, for common substances is deliberately trying to hide something.*
If they want to mislead you about the mere name of something, what else are they trying to mislead you about?
Run a mile. Do NOT give them your hard-earned money without accepting that it is very likely to be a complete scam.
* As an example, it has been proved that certain death will occur to all living creatures that have the slightest contact of Di-Hydrogen Monoxide.
