It probably should. If your only question is "what is the value of this?" and not also "and what will it cost?" then you aren't doing a particularly useful analysis.

- m00x 4y agoAnonymous or not, he should have a talk with his partner first so he can have the full picture. It would also give us more info to give advice if he still needed advice then.
