since nobofy mentioned, I use https://caprover.com https://caprover.com and a server on Hetzner. Caprover is easy to install and use, it has ui, cli, different deployment methods, automatic let's encrypt and possibility to install predefined apps like a database for example. I don't use cluster mode, since there is no need for me, but it has cluster support as well. I would say it is perfect fit for small home lab for personal projects.
