At this point the conversation doesn't amount to much more than activism and trying to encourage people to get out and vote for their representation. Once it becomes law then it becomes intellectually interesting as the fallout is tangible. So many things like this are proposed and fail to come to fruition, especially when heavily leaning towards one specific political group, that it's not very interesting.
