I use a Das Keyboard at home. It has a USB cord, you plug it in and it "just works". Be aware: a good number of their other keyboards come with programmable LED lights that by necessity need special drivers, but the 4 Pro has been great for me.

For one of my mice I have a Corsair RGP0075. It's got a USB RF dongle and Bluetooth that's also plug and play. however, if you want to disable the led lights on the mouse you need to install their software.
