- ozim 4y agoNot acceptable if you would have 4-8 people working on it - where any of these people stay with company around 2-4 years on average. Not acceptable if each person working for 2 years builds his own abstractions that new hires have to learn - but you make it easier by using framework and hiring devs for that framework. Not acceptable if you would have 20 of such teams and you would have to have UI/UX standardized.
