Surprised by this: "Standalone capacity and asset management tools, or ITSM tools that can’t suit non-IT services"
I thought the purpose if ITSM was in its name.
- docmechanic 4y agoI was surprised to see "Point solutions for data management such as data warehouses ..." as well as "DevOps tech that requires manual integration." I'm not sure where AIOps fits into this, but I know a shiny new buzzword when I see one.
