- fydkwheduxb 4y agoIn literature classes I find Bukowski to be an interesting way to gauge your peers. Not as course material mind you, but you can guess a lot about a classmate's attitudes from how they feel (if familiar) about Charles Bukowski and Haruki Murakami. Sort of like how you can tell a lot about certain kinds of tech workers by their taste in books really (granted the yardsticks are different and they have to actually be readers).
