This story plays into my (probably irrational) fear of getting banned from some of the giants such as Amazon, Google or Apple. Justified or not, some companies hold a serious leverage over our daily lives. Amazon was mentioned on that list a bit ahead of time. Unlike A. or G., losing Amazon would be only a slight inconvenience (in fact, I’m trying to eliminate Amazon from my life as much as I can), however Amazon keeps acquiring more and more other brands that I’d hate losing.
