Have you looked at your HN Settings page? Even there, there are all sorts of settings that help you when your willpower lets you down. I don't know that a metered water bottle is the solution that comes to mind for me, but assistive tools to help moderate a weak willpower is a valid avenue for productization for feature enhancement. Unless, of course, you're specifically monetizing on breaking your customers willpower and upping the addiction factor.
