Unless you're Hitler, memorials always focus on the positive. The "jerk" side of Jobs is well documented and well known. Having used Apple products since the Apple II+, I've followed Jobs from nearly the beginning. I recall when he left Apple and started Next, there were plenty of articles that talked to Apple employees at the time who would tell stories of getting berated by Jobs. But the employees also asked to remain anonymous. "Why?" asked the writer. "Because I want the opportunity to work for him again." Leadership can be all positive focused feedback (the current trend), all negative focused feedback or or mix (which Jobs was). You're either Brilliant or a Bozo. Don't be a bozo. Positive focused feedback really doesn't help with that.
