  Except build the program. $ dotnet build A fatal error occurred, the folder [/usr/lib64/dotnet/host/fxr] does not contain any version-numbered child folders I dont know dotnet and dont know how to fix that ^.

    On a serious note, talked to a dotnet friend who said "install the sdk you moron". dotnet cli tool requires more than just the tool itself.
