Presumably you negotiated your current employment contract, yeah? Wages, responsibilities, etc. Unions aren’t “legal warfare” - they’re a tool to help contract negotiations when a group of employees doesn’t have enough power to be treated fairly as individuals. It sounds like you’ve been lucky enough to not be in the circumstance of being treated unfairly as an individual. I’m happy that’s been the case - but that’s no excuse for ignoring when that happens to others.
