- diob 4y agoI'm happy to see almost all the comments calling this out. I feel like it's propaganda that likely would've worked before our highly connected modern age. My favorite response is folks instead calling out "quiet firing", which is the majority of jobs where you can never move up beyond a 3% raise if you're lucky.

- vikingerik 4y agoYup, same as the "great resignation" was headline hyperbole for normal job-switching, where the numbers were temporarily skewed by pandemic effects.
- wellbehaved 4y agoAs if that's a good thing or makes it all OK. I understand there are complex reasons why "workers" would not be engaged, but this is a horrible ethos.
