- namdnay 4y agoi've seen some pretty dysfunctional orgs, but none that has been that bad. a bit of diplomacy, a bit of corner cutting, a bit of bullshitting, some inflated sizings, a bit of politics, and you can buy the team enough time to clean up, get organised, and get back in shape
