The latest update to Raspberry Pi OS
- johnklos 4y agoI truly hope this update has more substance than what's in the article. While these "features" are nice, some appear to be done for specious reasons, like adding NetworkManager because it "seems to be becoming the de-facto standard". I tried Raspberry Pi OS recently, and I have to say that I'm surprised that the primary OS for the Pi would crash from heavy wifi usage on a Pi 3 (wondering if it was the hardware, I tried another, and it crashed, too). These are the kinds of things I'd want a device-centric distro to address.
